These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Sky Audit corporate website (the "Website"), which provides information about Sky Audit (Pty) Ltd (registration no. 2026/629529/07) ("Sky Audit", "we", "us", "our"), our company, and our Services. These Terms apply to the informational marketing/landing-page website only, and are distinct from the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy that govern use of the Sky Audit App itself.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website is provided to give visitors information about Sky Audit, our aviation/drone compliance software, our team, and how to contact or engage us. It is not the platform through which the compliance Services themselves are delivered — that is the separate Sky Audit App, governed by its own Terms and Privacy Policy.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, the Sky Audit name and branding, images, and underlying code — is owned by or licensed to Sky Audit and protected by South African and international intellectual property law. You may view and print Website content for personal, non-commercial reference only. Today, that means only the information you provide through the "Book a demo" form — your name, work email, company/ROC name, fleet size, and any message you write — which is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with any mailing list, CRM, or marketing tool. This section will be extended if that changes.

8. Changes to the Website and These Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Website, or these Terms, at any time without notice. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
