Frequently asked questions.

The questions we hear most from operators before and after signing up.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most solo operators are logging flights within a day. Larger ROCs with more postholders and existing records to migrate typically take one to two weeks, depending on how much historical data you want brought across.

Do you offer a free trial?

Talk to us on a demo call and we'll work out what makes sense for your ROC — this varies by fleet size and isn't a fixed self-serve trial today.

Can I import our existing records?

Yes. Flight logs, maintenance history and certificates can be migrated from spreadsheets or your previous system as part of onboarding.

What happens if I need help outside business hours?

Support response times depend on your plan — see the pricing page for what's included at each tier.

Is our data hosted in South Africa?

See our Privacy Policy for the current, accurate answer on data residency — we'd rather point you to the one place we keep that information up to date than risk repeating a stale answer here.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, with one month's written notice. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms.

Do you work with operators outside South Africa?

SkyAudit is built specifically around SACAA Part 101, so today we're focused on South African commercial RPAS operators.

Still have a question?

We'll answer it directly — no ticket queue.
